When you sign up: your name, business name, trade, mobile number, email address, whether you ticked the marketing consent box (and when), any referral code in the link you used, and basic technical data (the country your request came from and your browser type) to help prevent abuse.
We don't sell your data. We use service providers to run the site and services, including Cloudflare (hosting and database) and, once you're a customer, our text messaging and email providers TODO: name SMS/email providers. Some providers may process data outside the UK, in which case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
If you sign up but don't become a customer, we delete your details within 12 months TODO: confirm retention period. If you withdraw marketing consent we stop marketing straight away and keep a minimal record so we respect your choice.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Email us to use any of these rights. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
